This circuit has been designed for use as line-osciliator and reactance stage in colour and monochrome t. v. recicers.
The circuit consists of a Miller-integrator-oscillator followed by a pulse shaping circuit, which delivers a positive pulse of 8 V and adjustable width. The aviable output current is in excess of 60 mA. Finally a supply voltage take-over switch for starting purpouse is huilt in. The TBA720A can co-operate with the TBA890.

- Starting voltage 9-16V typ. 8 to 12V
- Required input signal D.C. control voltage at pin 1 of 1-16V 2.4 to 5.3V and at pin 3 3-16V 2.4 to 5.3V
- Delivered output signals with output voltage at pin 5 no load: peak-to-peak value of 5-16(p-p)V typ. 8V and output current at pin 5 of <60 mA
